I received my first exposure in the world of fitness in 2006 where I competed in my first show as a lightweight bodybuilder. I remember stepping onto the stage and being nervous and excited at the same time. During my first show, I placed 2nd in the novice category. In 2016, I decided to compete again as a physique athlete at the age of 46, and in 2017, I placed 1st in the Men's Master Physique Competition.
I want people to know that you are never too old to obtain optimal health. One of my favorite quotes is from Napoleon Hill, "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
